Advice on Writing A Scientific Paper

Advice that i can give for writing a scientific paper is make sure that you do the research very well. If you have experienced anything that relates to your topic the look for the cause and effect and turn it into a paper. There are many things that you can do to make sure you have a good paper. You must always make sure that your paper matches the requirements of back, make an outline and while writing your paper make sure that you touch all bases of your outline, and always proofread to see if there are any misspelled words. During these ten weeks I have learned the correct ways to in text cite, reference my work and how to take comments from peers and put it to better my work. I feel that I am very strong in writing I just need to learn how to take life experiences and research cause and effects to make it more of a scientific paper.

Finishing Touch

Well this is the end of the course time has went by mighty fast. Now it is time to submit the final paper that we have wrote throughout this course. While I was writing my paper I got a lot of the pain and hurt I have inside out. I was able to really get a better understanding on how medications become easily abused. I was able to understand why my sister became addicted and did what ever she needed to do to get a hold of these medications. While writing this paper I became frustrated and mad. I never wanted to realize the cause of my sisters death. I really sat back and evaluated the autopsy report and that is when it hit me. That became my motivation to write on this topic. Another topic that I am going to research to get facts about is "How does McDonald chicken nuggets have the effect to develop autism.

Comments

I love all the honesty thst i have recieved from my peers. I look at nothing in a negative aspect. I can take all the advice that I can get. When this course is finished I do continue to keep my blog account active. During this process I did not have any issues with comments that were left or lack of comments.

My Peers

I have not had any bad experiences with any of my peers. I take ever bit of advice that I can get to better what ever it is that I am doing. If the word of advice may not help me I will still consider what I have been told for the next project that I am working on. While I was writing this paper I had a AH HA moment getting everything off my chest and facing the truth about what happened to my sister. I never wanted to face the truth until writing this paper.I did not find anything really shocking I just looked at it as what I have seen being done proven to be facts.

The Past Six Weeks

In the past six weeks in class I have refreshed a lot of things that I have already learned in the beginning of my career. In the beginning of this class I was like oh my god. I thought that this was going to be a class that I was not going to be able to pass. Once the first two weeks passed on I then became more positive minded and confident that I can do this. All this class is doing is improving my weak spots.

My Writing Style

My writing style is more towards freewriting or brainstorming. I love to just write quick ideas down. When I am writing down my thoughts I will the put it into words that will form my paper. Then I will research ideas to support my ideas.Being in school has given me the insiprartion to not give up. I have pushed myself to be a leader in doing the right choices out of life.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is a big thing when writing a paper or document. What this means is that you have took someones work or words and made them your own.No matter what it is you must give that writer credit for what ever information they have given you. If I was the writer and my work or words have been used for research I would want for my information to be cited. I would want to be recognized for the hard work that I have did in providing others with the knowledge that I have gained. There are times that citing is not correctly and when that is not done correctly then the author is not receiving that credit they deserve.
